The Global Business Partnering team within People & Culture is on an exciting transformation journey, striving to become more efficient, agile, and aligned with business needs. We’re looking for an HR Business Partner to support Sales Directors in the APAC region - a role for someone who thrives on creating meaningful change and enjoys navigating evolving landscapes.
**The Opportunity**
As the HR Business Partner for APAC Sales, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the success of the region’s Sales Directors and their teams. Reporting to the Head of Global Business Partnering, based in Denmark, you’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across Denmark, the US, and Singapore, ensuring alignment and consistency in HR practices. Working hand in hand with the Senior HR Business Partner for Global Sales and other regional HRBPs, you will contribute to the execution of the strategic people plan for Global Sales.
In this role, you’ll address talent challenges and opportunities, implement tailored talent strategies, and collaborate with leadership to foster dynamic teams and inclusive environments. You’ll also analyze and leverage HR data to inform decisions, support initiatives that enhance employee well-being, and provide actionable insights to improve team dynamics and leadership effectiveness.
As a key advisor to the APAC Sales team, you will have a unique opportunity to build strong partnerships, promote equity and diversity, and help leaders navigate organizational challenges while ensuring smooth execution of operational HR tasks.
The role is based at our APAC office in Singapore.
**What We’re Looking For**
**Your Expertise**:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in HR consulting or advisory roles.
- Solid understanding of HR processes, policies, and talent management frameworks.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to drive strategic outcomes.
- Business acumen and the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Expertise in implementing talent management and employee engagement strategies.
- Knowledge of employee engagement and diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.
- Familiarity with employment laws in the APAC region.
