As Personal Assistant to Regional General Manager/ General Manager
- Provide full secretarial support to the superior which includes business and personal matters.
- Manage the superior business / personal calendar, meeting appointments, travel schedule and travel arrangements - demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last-minute changes
- Reminding the superior of important tasks and deadlines
- Prepare and submit expense claims, travel claims, reports for your superior.
- Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Accompany the superior to attend external and internal events, occasions and meetings
- Backup to your superior as and when required
- Assist in coordination and facilitation of business-related activities with external stakeholders (i.e. CAG, airport partners, etc.) including reports, site visits, community events etc.

Involving in Operations Administration
- Assist Operations Manager to prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports to the stakeholders (E.g. The HQ management, airport authorities etc.)
- Organize monthly management meeting and prepare meeting minute
- Assist to prepare information used for presentations and meetings
- Assist to prepare materials for upcoming events, promotions and occasions.

In charge of Group Travel Arrangement for Staff
- Be responsible for staff business travelling arrangements, including but not limited to flight tickets, accommodation, travel visa and travel insurance
- Update on the office whiteboard for notification purpose

Involve in the Office Administration
- Purchase and allocate supplies and equipment with careful budget planning, maintain a clear inventory
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of office facilities to ensure they remain safe, secure and well maintained

Other Responsibilities
- Capable of working with discretion and tact in an environment exposed to a high level of sensitive and confidential information
- Managed multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist other departments to achieve departmental and the Company’s goals
- Assist in special projects when necessary
