- Digital and Brand Marketing: Showcase proficiency in digital marketing and brand promotion, leveraging both online and offline channels to enhance brand visibility and market reach.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with sales and marketing objectives.
- International Expansion: Contribute to the future expansion plans into the Malaysian market, demonstrating a forward-thinking approach to regional growth.

**Requirements**:

- Market Expertise: Demonstrate a profound understanding of the Singapore market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry trends, especially in the retail sector.
- Retail Industry Experience: Previous experience within the retail industry, with a preference for skincare or related products, especially in significant corporations or under large group entities.
- Proven experience in solid hands-on Sales and Marketing planning and execution, ideally in the retail or skincare industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the Singapore market; familiarity with the Malaysian market is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successful market expansion.
- Digital marketing and brand promotion expertise.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
