**Who we are**:
Propine is re-inventing capital markets using blockchain technology. We’ve worked with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), to become the first licensed custodian for digital assets in the world. We are re-imagining the issuance and life cycle management of capital market products like equities, debt, structured products, and funds using blockchain technology, to reduce friction and increasing value accrual for both issuers and investors.

**Job Brief**:

- A passionate designer playing an integral role in developing various products & marketing collaterals of the business for our customers. Poses sharp business mind and strong analytical skills to contribute to both Marketing & Product team efforts.
- They will have many duties, such as creating design concepts, drawing ideas to determine which one is best suited for the product, and communicating their plans effectively. Use digital material to communicate or promote Company’s brand message, products & services.

**Responsibilities -**
- Research industry-related topics for creating the product design, graphic design, and related content.
- Prepare well-structured drafts (both visual and written) using digital publishing platforms.
- Set design requirements based on briefs from internal teams and external partners.
- Create and distribute marketing copy to advertise our company and products.
- Edit and proofread visual and written content before publication.
- Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content.
- Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g., comments and shares).
- Identify customers' needs and recommend new topics.
- Coordinate with marketing team to illustrate articles.
- Design, develop and update sales & marketing content in the form of factsheets, presentations, brochures, special reports and sales aids.
- Ensure materials are accurate and available for the sales team.
- Work closely with product specialists to develop impactful marketing materials for the promotion of new and current products.
- Identify new product improvement opportunities & assist product engineers when needed.

**Requirements -**
- 4+ years of experience as a Product/ Marketing designer or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Product design, Engineering, or any other related field, preferably from a Design Institute.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and other graphic design software.
- Experience in developing messaging for marketing activity and collateral marketing.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge of InDesign or similar desktop publishing software would be beneficial.
- Experience with UI/UX, Visual design tools & Project management
- Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing.
- Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences.
- Recommend new tools and technologies by staying abreast of the latest trends and techniques.
