**Product Manager (Remote)**:

Propine is re-inventing capital markets using blockchain technology. We’ve worked with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), to become the first licensed custodian for digital assets in the world.

We are re-imagining the issuance and life cycle management of capital market products like equities, debt, structured products, and funds using blockchain technology.

This role requires you to have a ‘do-whatever-it-takes’ mindset and learn to operate just outside the limit of your comfort zone. If this excites you, but also makes you a bit nervous, then you might be the right fit.

**Key responsibilities are to**:

- Translate business strategy into product strategy
- Own the product roadmap
- Execute product strategy
- Drive action throughout the organization to get products to market
- Manage product profitability and commercial success - own the business case
- Provide insight to stakeholders on the product and market
- Provide product marketing with insights on key differentiators and messages
- Write detailed requirements & SOP
- Manage all aspects of products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues
- Work closely with UI/UX designer to come up with User journey
- Run the daily stand being a scrum master
- Manage the product backlogs & program
- Perform A/B Testing
- Support Engineering (Dev, QA), UAT, Operation, Sales & Marketing, Compliance, Document Writer
- Review the test cases & validate randomly
- Drive the launch
- Continuously review/improve the product

- Technical skills - Ability to understand the architecture, design, Integrations, Data-models and negotiate with engineers
- Domain skills - Fintech / Blockchain is a plus
- Program Management - Agile (Scrum and Kanban)
- Conflict Management/Resolution

**Tools**
- Jira, Confluence, Clickups, Visio, MS Office, Postman is a must
- Web analytics tools is a plus

**Qualification**
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent
- Total experience - 8+ years in Product companies
- Product Management Experience - 3+ years
- Experience building products on Web/Android/iOS App
- Experience in Fintech/Blockchain/Capital markets is a plus
