Enjin is a blockchain tech company building products that make it easy for everyone to use next-generation non-fungible tokens (NFTs). We’re a globally distributed team of futurists and tinkerers building the most robust NFT ecosystem in the blockchain space—and we're looking for an experienced **Product Manager **to work with our development team and manage our ambitious product roadmap.

As **Product Manager**, you will bring effective collaboration, facilitation, and leadership to support the agile development process and delivery of our blockchain products, tools, and services.

Working closely with our Leadership team, you will help determine our development priorities and oversee their release schedule and timelines in alignment with company strategy

**What you will do**
- Design and development of digital products supporting the adoption of Enjin tools andthe Efinity blockchain. Products include Enjin Wallet 2.0, Beam (QR code basednonfungible token distribution system), NFT.io marketplace and the Efinity blockchain.
- Direction of design, interface, product feature and troubleshooting of products todeliver smooth, convenient user experiences
- Development of product specifications
- Coordination with developer, marketing/analytics and legal/finance teams to developand deploy products, and assist in project management of such development anddeployments
- Evaluation of product performance and usage
- Management of qualitative and quantitative reviews of user and developer feedback,including user surveys, focus groups and review of social media and app reviewfeedback
- Formulation of product plans (including positioning, market and competitor analysis, lifecycle management, budgeting and cost analysis, and launch planning) and roadmaps
- Formulation of long term product strategies and roadmaps for upgrades
- Produce product documentation (including features and evaluation)
- Assist in other strategic projects and other duties as assigned
- This is a Full-time, remote position.

**Who You Are**
- 4+ years of product management experience or in a similar software product management role
- Strong understanding of blockchain technologies
- Previous experience in related project management roles as a Product Owner and/or Software Developer
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that will ensure clarity, understanding, and alignment across teams
- Experience with negotiating prioritization between product owners and stakeholders
- Attention to detail
- Experience working with distributed global teams
