Since then, our platform has grown to 1 million members spanning from 183 countries, and an app in 6 languages. By encouraging people to consume more sustainably and compassionately, we’ve donated more than $2.6 million USD to 60 impact partners globally, including One Tree Planted, PETA and Sea Shepherd.
**The opportunity: Senior/Manager of Growth Marketing (Remote)**
Reporting into the Chief Marketing Officer, this role will be responsible for a number of growth initiatives across our key priority markets in the UK, USA and Europe:
- Work closely with our marketing and creative teams to create effective growth marketing campaigns with the KPI to grow installs, sign ups and GMV.
- Improve our affiliate and referral programs in order to drive efficient growth.
- Responsibility in analysing and improving performance in CRM, member onboarding, retention & acquisition; giving feedback to data & engineering teams when relevant.
- Working with all teams, including data & engineering teams to ensure we’re able to track & measure the impact of our growth initiatives in real time.
**Ways of working**
**Ideally, we’re looking for**:
- 5 years minimum in a growth marketing role, ideally in a tech company or a start up.
- Expertise in planning and executing performance marketing, SEO & ASO strategies.
- Passion for sustainability, creating impact, with knowledge of this space.
- A problem solver, with the ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- A positive attitude, with experience leading, coaching and delegating to small teams.
- Fluency in English, a secondary language (Spanish, Portuguese) would be a bonus.
