We’re looking for an analytical and results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to supercharge our performance marketing campaigns.

You will be reporting to the Head of Marketing directly. The channels you will work on are Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Programmatic and more.

**Roles & responsibilities**:

- Run and optimise campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Programmatic and more to improve campaign performance and drive KPI success
- Monitor, analyse and report performance results on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis
- Proactively provide recommendations and suggestions to deliver actionable audience and optimisation-based insights
- Work with cross-functional teams (creative, performance marketing, tech and SEO) to establish marketing strategies to support revenue goals
- Analyse data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement in our performance marketing team
- Create, manage and experiment with new channels and strategies to increase revenue
- Management of monthly budgets to ensure efficient and effective marketing spend

**Requirements**:

- At least 3-4 years of performance marketing experience, with expert knowledge of paid social and programmatic buying, and strong understanding of performance marketing metrics
- At least a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or any related field is preferred
- Highly analytical and comfortable working with data sets to glean insights, with demonstrated ability to organise and consolidate multiple data sources for analysis and reporting
- Comfortable with working cross-functionally within the Marketing team as well as with other business functions, with a strong desire to learn and collaborate
- Driven, proactive and detail-oriented individual with proven technical and analytical aptitude, with a curiosity for testing and innovation.
- Have a passion for technology and education
- A self-starter that loves a fast-paced environment and new challenges
- High level of initiative with the ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must
