You'll be working at an outlet with a VIP lounge. **Duties and Responsibilities** - Understanding Customer Concerns - Communicating within the Company - Product and package sales responsibility - Responsible for overseeing the outlet’s appointment booking system - Working together with the barbers to manage the schedule to ensure the smooth running of appointments and managing customers if appointments overrun or do not show up. - Attends to clients’ inquiries, follow through with clients’ concerns and resolve issues involving clients - In charge of the member's lounge where customers keep their whiskey bottles and also serving and selling individual drinks. - Performs daily sales closing report for outlet, ensures daily settlements, receipts and cash tallies - Maintains adequate stock for retail/ back bar - Maintains environment of the outlet **Job requirements** - Minimum "O" level - Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service/ sales/ F&B **Preferred skills** - Excellent Communication Skills - Agility - Positive Team Player - Able to work independently - Outstanding Time Management Skills - Customer Relationship Management - Stakeholder Management - Hospitality Management - Appointment Scheduling - Cashiering - Selling/ Cross Selling/ Up Selling - Attention to details - Passionate about work - Industry trends **Salary**: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Employee discount - Health insurance - Professional development Supplemental pay types: - Commission pay - Overtime pay COVID-19 considerations: We adhere to the safety advisories and regulations as advised by the Singapore government in addition to our existing in-house protocols for cleanliness and sanitization to ensure our clients can enjoy a safe and top-notch experience with us. **Education**: - GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (required) **Experience**: - Customer service/ Sales/ F&B: 3 years (required)
