**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
- Identify potential clients and develop new business relationships within target industries such as glass, ceramics, foundry, and construction.
- Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and potential growth areas.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as logistics and operations to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote Denare Pte Ltd and its products.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in silica sand or related industries such as minerals, glass, or construction materials.
- Strong understanding of the silica sand market, including industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
