**About the role**

The Head of Healthcare, Asia Pacific is responsible for building business strategies to expand Bollore Logistics' footprint and customer base in the Healthcare industry by defining, aligning and coordinating strategic plans with other regions.

**What you will be doing**
- Create and own Healthcare vertical Roadmap with the Global Healthcare Vertical Director and Regional HFO
- Drive Asia Pacific countries ownership of their own Roadmap
- Identify new future global Asian customers and mobilize the team to grow them
- Participate in new Healthcare related products/markets development, and organize their launch
- Sales visit across our entities in Asia Pacific to support local team with clients and business expansion in this
- Growing and animating Healthcare Sales Community in Asia Pacific to reach financial objectives to meet company budget
- Active contributor to the Global Healthcare Steering committee
- Develop own C Suite contacts and/or sponsor select global customers
- Active Succession Plan management of current and future talent

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of Pharma & Medical Supply Chains including awareness of Cold Chain Air, Ocean and Road
- Experience in Freight-forwarding & Logistics industry
- Experience in Healthcare industry - Supply Chain Management
- University Graduate or with relevant experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a fast paced and dynamic multi-cultural MNC environment
- Strong analytical and management skills
- Strong communication skills, written and presentation skills in English
- Excellent team working skills
- Strong PC skills in Office365, experience with data analytical tools a plus (Power BI or Tableau)
- Goal oriented, motivated self-starter with excellent organization skills
- Good People Skills
- Ability to provide value added business solutions and alternatives
