Responsible for establishing, developing, and maintaining good relationships with local government departments and academic circles in Southeast Asia's major markets to promote and expedite government support, market access, and regulatory approvals, improving the overall environment for operating business in the local market. - Based on the business strategy, develop and implement effective strategies and plans for building relationships and collaborations with local government, universities, and educational institutions. -Actively identify, research, analyze, and monitor the impact of government policies on the company and the industry's development trends (risks and opportunities), provide suggestions and drive cooperation with relevant stakeholders. - Represent the organization to understand and participate in relevant projects or activities of the government and universities. Negotiate and explore cooperation with government departments and universities.
- Work experience: more than 5 years of experience in international market government relations/foreign relations, with a preference for Southeast Asian markets. - Politically sensitive, understanding of laws. legislation and regulations related to education, and education policies, procedures, and requirements in overseas countries and regions. - Solid project management, data and information analytics, strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, and the ability to understand and solve complex organizational and government problems. - Special attention to detail, able to identify and handle personnel affairs and sensitive information or maintain confidentiality. -Strong interpersonal skills, able to cooperate with the team, good at assigning responsibilities and authority, with a mindset to use internal and external resources to solve problems, resolve conflicts, and progress with partners. -Excellent communication and expression skills, and proficiency in both oral and written Mandarin and English are required as the role will need to coordinate with the local team and HQ in China, and those with local language communication skills in Southeast Asian countries are preferred.
