Customer Insights - Understand and grasp the customer's overall technical architecture, business and IT strategic priorities, and business success metrics. Design and plan technical solutions to address the customer's critical technological bottlenecks. - Identify potential project plans by integrating the customer's business technology needs, Alibaba Cloud product capabilities, and technological development trends, and analyze the corresponding market potential. Pre-sales Guidance and Support - Collaborate with the Account Team to uncover business opportunities and identify directions for technical collaboration. Use expertise in solution architecture to resolve critical technical obstacles for customers and drive the achievement of customer objectives. - Establish technical influence to maintain customer relationships, develop PoC testing and solutions selection, and provide technical advice on security, stability, performance, sustainability, and operational efficiency. Technical Strategy Formulation and Project Wins - Analyze the situations of complex customers, propose solutions based on Alibaba Cloud, develop product selection strategies and technical roadmaps, incorporate core AI technologies when appropriate, and promote technology adoption. - For key projects/customers, present the advantages of Alibaba Cloud products and solutions to senior customer executives, convey the technological value and business benefits, and facilitate successful project signing. - Identify and effectively address technical and project risks during the pre-sales planning and solution implementation processes, collaborate with the product development and delivery teams to ensure smooth fulfillment, convert revenue, and optimize Alibaba Cloud’s effectiveness and customer satisfaction. Capability Consolidation and Empowerment - Develop reusable knowledge assets, including general cloud architecture templates, solution best practices, and industry-specific case studies for segmented fields/scenarios. - Empower and train internal teams, ecosystem partners, and customers. Product Demand and Improvement Feedback - Identify and understand technical issues and opportunities on the Alibaba Cloud platform, relay customer demands and feedback to the product team, and influence feature development and future product roadmaps.

**Position Requirement**
- Over 15 years of technical development experience (architecture design, software development, SRE). - Prefer experience in cloud architecture solutions design, big data/database, cloud-native, AI technologies. - Experience in major project architecture design/optimization, product deployment testing, and handling technical issues. - Expert in two or more product fields (SAP solutions, AI, etc.), capable of developing technical architecture solutions for typical scenarios and possessing significant project architecture design/optimization, product deployment testing, and technical problem-solving abilities. - Ability to produce high-quality, competitive technical architecture solutions, establish methodologies for specific fields, and lead the creation of comprehensive sales guides or specialized strategy documents. - Build technical relationships with customers, understand real customer needs, identify and develop commercial cooperation opportunities, deliver presentations to mid-to-senior customer management, and influence customer technical selections. - Formulate accurate product selection strategies, PoC testing strategies, bidding strategies, and product configuration strategies. - Coordinate cross-departmental resources, encourage senior management to integrate resources across business units, groups, and external partners to secure major project wins and build organizational capacity. - Establish independent technical trust with customer CTOs, influence and guide key levels (department managers and directors) technically, impact their technical selection and development strategies, gather competitive intelligence, analyze competitors’ strategies, cooperate with BTE to devise targeted competitive actions. - Propose effective product improvement suggestions for specific fields, drive key product requirements or new product initiatives. - Excellent command in English; Mandarin proficiency is required for close collaboration with teams located in China
