Data Intelligence Solutions Architect (SA) in Supply Chain and Logistics Industry is a key pre-sales technical position in the perspective of big data, Supply Chain and Logistics industry of Alibaba Cloud international business division. Our SA are experienced cloud architects and data architects with comprehensive IT knowledge and industry insight and are, ultimately, the key to success on implementing projects. SA is responsible for developing solutions in Alibaba Cloud and helping customers and partners to develop their applications and services on the Alibaba Cloud platform. Closely work with customers and partners to ensure their cloud architecture is successfully implemented by assisting them in building their applications and services on the Alibaba Cloud platform. 1. Create and present data intelligence solutions architecture designs to C-level/senior personnel, helps industry (especially supply chain and logistics) customers define and deliver data-driven Digital Transformation journeys. 2. Have a breadth of industry expertise and challenge the status quo to bring innovation, ideation, and spark divergent thinking within accounts. 3. Responsible for understanding the unique requirements of customers and partners, and provide appropriate data intelligence cloud solutions and architecture designs based on Alibaba Cloud big data products and services. 4. Brings 100% of Alibaba's full potential to maximize digital transformation engagements and accelerate customers toward their business goals by helping them to realize their digital transformation vision. 5. Drives data intelligence solutions/design wins by performing governance across the portfolio to ensure quality outcomes. 6. Clearly demonstrates the Delivery Resources, Partner and the Account team drives return on investment (ROI) for customers and partners whilst aligning to Alibaba's goals. 7. Generates a diverse and inclusive workgroup environment, demonstrating cross BU and group collaboration.
1. Majored in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent, with a good understanding of cloud infrastructure, data technologies and enterprise applications. 2. More than 8 years working experience with 6 years’ experience primarily in an industry client-facing role, consulting, pre-sales or digital transformation, ideally with supply chain and logistics industry experience. 3. Experience in multiple project customer consulting and complex solution architecture design, including but not limited to enterprise strategy consulting and architecture, digital transformation consulting, business architecture and other design capabilities. Experience working or studying abroad is preferred. 4. Candidates should have the ability to communicate with the top management of the company, provide strategic insights for the company and achieve business goals through continuous communication; be able to independently lead the key needs of customers, partners and promote the signing of major projects by providing appropriate data intelligence cloud solutions and architecture designs through internal and external ecological synergy. 6. Expert knowledge and understanding of cloud architecture design, data ETL process, data architecture design and familiar with architecture methodology and practice. 7. Experience with MySQL/ PostgreSQL/ NoSQL DB/ Machine Learning, familiar in Alibaba Cloud database products e.g. ADB, PolarDB, Lindorm etc. is preferred. 8. Excellent writing, proofreading and editing skills. Able to create presentation documentation that can express solution, customer value taken by data driven digital transformation. 9. Able to work under high pressure, a quick learner with a passion for cloud technology. Able to think strategically about businesses, products and technical challenges. 10. Strong teamwork and internal coordination capabilities, able to undertake the first position in major project solutions, and provide provable ability to win orders for major customers. 11. Fluent English and Mandarin language skills as the role will need to collaborate with the development team in China. Business travel will be up to 30%.
