- Develop and manage the relationship with ISV partners, and leverage technologies from Alibaba Cloud to train and improve partners' skills. Help partners' transformation and build a strong cloud business with Alibaba Cloud, and support the ISV's incremental business growth - Recruit and enable ISVs to use Alibaba Cloud technology to deploy & integrate to Alibaba Cloud portfolio of solutions. Act as an alliance manager to help ISVs integrate their solutions with Alibaba Cloud, and drive a win-win business for ISVs and their customers on Alibaba Cloud. - Build ISV ecosystem and develop user cases in the international market - Evangelize Alibaba Cloud technology in the global market to help ISV build joint solutions to address customers' demand on cloud. Be the interface from Alibaba Cloud to lead and coordinate the initiative with partners - Assist ISV in onboard Alibaba Technology partner program, and support ISVs on co-innovation, co-selling, and Go-to-Market with Alibaba Cloud - Build and lead to work with Alibaba Cloud internal HQ organization and international regional team to develop ISV collaboration model and help partners go global market
**Position Requirement**
- Bachelor or above degree, MBA is a plus - 8+ years experience in IT business and minimum 5 years partner/alliance management experience, focusing on driving partner business, delivering results, and being able to meet the assigned sales target. - Has good professional networking and partner relationships in the Global market, experience working in international ISV companies would be a plus - Enjoy and able to work in complex organization matrix and learn quick, effective present on new technology and business, good at identifying, facilitating and convincing partners' decision-maker - Ability to think big and work creatively to develop joint value propositions on cross functions with Alibaba Cloud and in the partner organization - Basic technology experience on Cloud computing - Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin. Listening and speaking skills in Mandarin are required for a better communication with the cross-functional team in China - Self-starter, proactive, always seeks opportunities to make improvements to technology partner business on Alibaba Cloud
