**Position Requirement**
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in paid media, executing and managing an international portfolio of markets. Media Management: Proficient in various media operation knowledge and management models. Data Analysis: Strong understanding of data, familiar with using SQL for business analysis. Media Development: Knowledgeable about media characteristics across industries and experienced in media development and cooperation models. Product Knowledge: Familiar with Alibaba Cloud and partners' products and joint solutions. Technical Skills: Proficiency in paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and programmatic advertising tools. Strong understanding of SEO/SEM principles and best practices. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and regions. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Chinese (spoken is a must and written is a plus)
