As the **Recruitment Manager**, you’ll manage a team of experienced consultants, executing both **retained** and **contingency recruitment strategies**, and delivering top talent solutions to our clients across the **Construction & Infrastructure** sectors. You’ll have the opportunity to directly influence growth and success, while building long-term, strategic partnerships with key players in the industry.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- ** Lead and Inspire**: Manage and mentor a team of 2 experienced consultants, driving a high-performance culture and supporting their growth.
- ** Strategic Recruitment**: Oversee the full recruitment cycle for retained and contingency-based roles within the **Construction & Infrastructure** sectors.
- ** Client Relationship Management**: Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring that NES Fircroft is their go-to partner for recruitment needs.
- ** Team Development**: Provide guidance, training, and coaching to junior consultants, helping them excel in their recruitment careers.
- ** Business Development**: Identify new business opportunities within the sector, helping to grow our footprint in the **Construction & Infrastructure** markets.
- ** Process Excellence**: Ensure that best practices are followed across all recruitment processes, maintaining efficiency, quality, and compliance.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- ** Experience**: 5-8 years of **agency recruitment** experience, with a strong focus on **Construction & Infrastructure** roles.
- ** Sector Expertise**: In-depth knowledge of the **Construction & Infrastructure** sector, with a proven track record in both **retained** and **contingency** recruitment.
- ** Leadership Skills**: Proven ability to lead, manage, and inspire a team of consultants to achieve outstanding results.
- ** Client-Focused**: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, serving as a trusted recruitment advisor.
- ** Results-Oriented**: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for driving team success and business growth.
- ** Communication Pro**: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- ** Local Expertise**: Based in Singapore with local market knowledge and experience within the region’s **Construction & Infrastructure** sectors.
