**Summary**:
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our organization and lead our recruitment efforts. As the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for attracting, evaluating, and hiring top talent to meet our organization's staffing needs and support our growth objectives. You will play a critical role in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, building a strong talent pipeline, and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.**Responsibilities**:
- Recruitment Strategy and Planning:Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with our organizational goals and hiring needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and create comprehensive recruitment plans.
Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate the selection process, including coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and making final hiring decisions.
Implement strategies to showcase our company culture, values, and unique selling points to attract top talent.
- Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:Develop and analyze recruitment metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven improvements.
Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire metrics.
- Compliance and Documentation:Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and equal employment opportunity (EEO) guidelines throughout the recruitment process.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or in a similar role, with a successful track record in attracting and hiring high-quality talent.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and metrics to drive recruitment strategies and decisions.
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
