**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and motivate a team of recruitment consultants in achieving sales targets
- Establish new business relationships and serving existing clientele
- Maintain orderly day-to-day operations in line with company protocol
- Keep abreast of market trends and provide insights to clients
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process with a team of consultants
- Mentor and drive team development through appropriate coaching and managerial processes.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years and above of experience in the recruitment industry is required
- Proven track record of success in recruitment sales
- Leadership capability in motivating the team to achieve sales targets
- Exposure in specialized industry **recruitment sales **or any related sales will be advantages
- Demonstrated people management skills and the ability to lead people towards achieving objectives.
- Ability to plan, strategize and set clear goals delivering into key objectives
- Strong motivator and results driven
