Recruitment Manager

4e Exchange is a globally leading financial derivatives trading platform offering a wide range of financial trading services and products. With a team possessing rich industry experience and advanced technological support, our platform provides users with comprehensive solutions for fiat and digital asset trading. 4e is looking for a Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition team and manage recruitment strategies.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
- Build and manage relationships with hiring managers, and provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage a portfolio of requisitions effectively to ensure timely delivery of top talent.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and ensure strong communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Network effectively and build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of identifying and sourcing top talent.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
- Proficient in both English & Chinese is a must.
