**Responsibilities**:
Advisor to business leaders and HRBPs to ensure compensation and benefits solutions that fully aligns with Rewards directions and functions/business goals

3. Review salary competitiveness and planning recommendations, including manpower cost budgeting & provisions

4. Manage and implement the annual performance management and annual remuneration review exercises for the assigned client group/s.

5. Work with HR Operations/ Information Technology teams to ensure reward program system functional requirements are properly captured to enable efficient program delivery.

6. Hands-on role to work on TR related spreadsheets, computations, writes clear policy documentation while working with multiple data sources through coordination with various sector groups.

7. Establish and works closely with HR Shared Services to ensure seamless execution of programs and assist to identify opportunities to harmonize, improve and/or automate current processes and policies.

8. Strong presentation and communication skills to brief employees on various TR programs.

Adapt and create good quality employee communications tailored to various audience.

9. Participates in broader Rewards community meetings and projects assigned.

**Job Requirements**

1. A relevant Degree with post graduate C&B qualifications. At least 5 years of experience with proven technical knowledge and experience specializing in implementation of Rewards programs in a large organization is preferred.

2. Expert in Advanced Excel and has a knack of structuring spreadsheets to handle large volume of data in the most efficient manner. Working knowledge on excel macros and visual basic would be an advantage.
