**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring effective delivery of generalist products and services to all Starbucks with focus on employee's engagement and retention, employee relations, and total rewards programmes
- Manage and lead strategic plans focusing on compensation and benefits
- Understand compensation, benefits, recognition and engagement programs to maintain company’s competitive position as employer of choice.
- Develop organizational and immediate team’s capability in optimizing tools and processes for rewards and engagement, including annual pay review, performance review, bonus plans awards, surveys etc
- Plan, communicate and execute total rewards and partners engagement programs with clear goals and success measures, and built in review mechanisms. Continuously seek opportunities to streamline the supporting administration processes.
- Ensuring high service levels and cost effectiveness. Engages cross functionally, within Hr team, and with regional specialists to roll out any new initiatives or changes to programmes and policies.
- Provides functional expertise for total rewards such as job evaluation, salary structure reviews and adjustment, plan documentations, incentive payout, payroll administration; and for partners engagement such as counseling, open forums, partners insights data collection and analysis.
- Advocate ,solicits and listens to concerns, and takes an active role in resolving problems.
- Provide information, or facilitates information, about pay, benefits, engagement and other partner resources programmes and services.
- Provide consultation and support to managers on employee relations issues and applicable company policies and employment laws.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in any disclipline, HR preferred
- At least 8 years of experience working in a fast paced environment, with strong expertise in compensation and benefits
