Zoom is seeking an experienced Compensation Partner who will work closely with the compensation team and People Experience (PX) teams to help build out processes and implement innovative compensation programs to help Zoom scale as we grow as well as be the compensation partner for our APAC Region. The compensation business partner will fill an important role on the team and be a strategic leader that blends an analytical approach to compensation with an ability to collaborate with senior leaders and PX business partners to influence outcomes and deliver high impact in this competitive market.

The role reports to the Head of Global Compensation and will be located in Singapore.

**Responsibilities**
- Act as comp business partner, strategic solution provider and expert adviser to business leaders and PXBPs by combining in-depth knowledge of compensation principles, understanding of the business and market landscape
- Provide proactive, deep insights to guide decision making and continuously work with people leaders and PXBPs to make sound comp decisions
- Support and advise on comp related activities: strategic new hire offers, promotions, international transfers, budget allocation and top talent retention
- Provide and deliver compensation training and education materials to PXBPs and managers as needed
- Work with compensation team to roll out and support the implementation of all comp programs, corporate projects and initiatives
- Identify opportunities to help improve comp programs, policies and processes to ensure they support business strategy and help drive performance. Diagnose gaps between current and desired states, shaping the decision-making process and influencing stakeholders as appropriate

**Requirements**:

- BS/BA and 8+ years of directly related compensation experience in consulting and analyst roles with understanding and experience of tech industry market and trends (CCP preferred)
- Partnership and influencing skills, communication skills and customer support at all levels of the company, including senior leadership
- Highly responsive and customer service oriented
- Experience supporting a large technology organization. Deep knowledge of compensation approaches in APAC
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis
- Adaptable and comfortable shifting between high-level design, consulting work, and analytical and operational work
- Expertise in managing projects
- Strong initiative, is self-managed and can multi-task
- Expertise with analytics, Excel, Google Sheet and Workday
