**About the Role**:
A newly created opportunity has arisen to appoint a full-time **Regional Compensation & Benefits Specialist, **to join our APAC HR team.

Reporting to the Compensation & Benefits Manager, APAC, you will collaborate closely with the businesses and local HR community to enable best practices and processes for cultivating a workplace with diversity, equity and inclusion.

Furthermore, you will have the following roles and responsibilities:

- Assist in job and compensation mapping, job analysis and evaluation exercises for the APAC region
- Coordinate compensation and benefits surveys in APAC region
- Assist in performing review and analysis of compensation budget information for the annual review process
- Conduct compensation benchmarks and salary proposals in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and local HRs
- Support collaboration with Global team and local HRs on managing international mobility database, mobility process review, and provide admin guidance to local HRs
- Provide advisory support on mobility programs, guidelines and practices to International assignees and local HRs
- Support Regional C&B Manager in communicating and training Total rewards, C&B principles and policies for HR community and business leadership
- Own and drive any rewards projects, where required

**What we are looking for**:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a proactive, achievement-orientated and determined individual with:

- Possess knowledge of C&B principles and best practices
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel and/ or HRIS
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic and team-oriented
- Analytical, well-organized, self-driven to take initiatives
- Data-driven mindset, numerical and high attention to details
- Agile and strategic team player who could work well independently in an autonomous, multicultural and evolving business environment
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Compensation, Rewards, Benefits and International mobility management, ideally gained from multinational organizations with a multi-country environment
