**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Role Description:
This position reports to the Director and update clients to ensure the service is able to be deliver on time as per client's requirements and to report arising issues and solving them together with the Director.
- Specific Responsibilities:
1.Plan and review compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
2.Be able to contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends.
3.Be able to manage and develop that meets agreed objectives and delivers best practice results for the company. Run a safe, injury/accident free workplace. Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
4.Manage relationships with key operations vendors. Work closely with the director to perform analysis of the inventory and ensure we are utilizing our inventory effectively, purchasing the right equipment, maintaining solid inventory data, and reduce sub-rental expenses.
5.Work closely with director to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation. Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment.
- Competencies:
1.Gain experience in operations with written and verbal skill.
2.Monitoring quality and quantities operation skills.

3.Analysing and safety operating skills of operations.
4.Develop relationship skills with vendors and team effort with inventory manager and other employees.
5.Answering to C-suit, reviewing and checking.

4. Duration of Traineeships: 6 months

5. Approved Training Allowance: Fresh Graduates - $2500, Non-mature Mid-career Individuals - $2500 Mature Mid-Career Individuals - $3000

6. Education Qualifications Required for the Traineeship Role Under SGUnited Traineeship:
This position is open for both recent graduates and mid-career individuals (mature and non-mature). Graduates interested in this position should possess a Degree and above Qualification. Mid-career individuals from any qualification level can apply.
