Job Overview

Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of field staff, ensuring high performance and engagement.- Operational Oversight: Plan, coordinate, and execute field operations, ensuring timely and efficient completion of projects.- Budget Management: Develop and manage the operations budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure high standards of service delivery.- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all field operations adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.- Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on operational performance, using data to drive continuous improvement.- Problem-Solving: Identify operational challenges and develop strategies to overcome them.

Requirement- Experience: Approx. 5 - 7 years in a similar role, with proven experience in managing field operations/ project management- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or a related field- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities- Customer/ Service-oriented: Ability to build and maintain good rapport with clients- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and make sound decisions- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using technology and software tools for operational management- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
