As a Business Management Executive (Operations), you will be joining a dynamic team and reporting to the General Manager. You will learn the operations of a restaurant and experience the work of all the functions that support the successful operations of the group. You will work closely with the management team to ensure collaboration across assigned restaurants in the continuing effort to deliver outstanding quality and customer service.

We are looking for someone who demonstrates team work, who will roll up their sleeves with a can-do attitude and have a passion for making a difference.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for overall operations of assigned restaurants
- Actively involved in the day-to-day operations of assigned restaurants
- Inspire customer service excellence
- Ensure strict compliance with all standard operating procedures, hygiene and safety requirements
- Review business plans and performance vis-à-vis company goals and objectives
- Lead and develop the restaurant teams
- Motivate and support restaurant managers
- Maximize restaurant sales and profitability
- To undertake ad hoc operational projects and matters.

Job Requirements
- Working Location - Kallang (Office) and across Singapore
- Working hours - 6-day work week (Able to work on weekends and public holidays)
- Qualification - Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- 1-2 years’ experience in Food Services preferred

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
