Operations Manager

The incumbent will support in leading the Operations Team for Crown Coffee. He/She will work closely with the CEO/ COO to drive retail performance, develop corporate strategy and execution roadmaps. Your detailed roles and responsibilties includes and are not limited to
- Managing full spectrum of and fulfilment operations for unmanned and automated kiosks
- Build, lead and coach a team of operations staff (including field technicians and supervisors)
- Planning of required manpower to maximize efficiency for business needs
- Ensure inventory items are properly stored, handled and distributed in a timely manner
- Maintain an accurate and complete inventory system
- Ensure all processes and operations are in accordance with company’s safety guidelines
- Spearhead and participate in ad-hoc warehouse and F&B related projects
**Crown Digital is looking for someone who**:
- Has a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management / F&B Management or any equivalent professional qualifications
- Has at least 3 years of proven experience as an Assistant Operations Manager / Manager
- Preferably have experience in F&B industry and/or tech start-up environment
- Holds a valid Class 3 Driver’s license advantageous
- Understands the challenges and needs of operations; must be hands-on with a positive mindset to manage full spectrum of operation needs
- Has strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Maintains high levels of integrity and accountability
- Is proactive with excellent communication skills to collaborate together with different business units to achieve desired results
- Has strong leadership skills with a passion to develop and motivate team members
- Can remain calm under pressure in an entrepreneurial environment
- Has the ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, while maintaining effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, customers and partners
