**About the role**
- Plan, manage and be responsible for the full operations of the cluster of outlets assigned
- Share objectives with the Store Manager and proposing and implementing any corrective measures
- Communicate and share with the Store Staff the activities/actions to be taken for cases such as complaints, particular requests, replacements, etc. and provide assist and advise in critical situations
- Lead and motivate the retail team towards meeting sales targets and the company’s required standard of customer service
- Build and coach a strong team for retail sales force
- Collate sales, trend data, analyse and review to meet the business objectives and to facilitate planning
- Achieve top line sales revenue and other financial KPIs
- Work with merchandising and warehouse teams to ensure that the right products are distributed to the stores to meet revenue and inventory objectives
- Collaborate with trainers to train and upgrade skills and knowledge of the team in order to meet the needs of the business
- Gather and analyse industry, market and competitor information
- Be responsible for the implementation of all processes and procedures concerning product management (delivery, stockroom management, handling, etc.)
- Ensure a constant and effective information flow between Stores and other functions and in particular concerning products, sales, customers in order to promptly and effectively meet the needs of the market/customers
- Complying with guidelines set for Pricing Hierarchy Structure and suggestions to improve
- Management of own cluster's stock holding and collaborating internally with other ops manager in ensuring stocks are liquidated soonest possible
- Initiate changes to operations to improve businesses with close monitoring on daily business trend
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

**About the requirements**
- At least 5 years working experience in sales and distribution of branded merchandise in a retail environment, preferably in Sports and/or lifestyle chain stores
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing a cluster of retail stores
- Results-orientated with strong understanding of day to day in store operations
- Effective organisational, management, interpersonal, and oral and written communication skills are essential
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools, especially EXCEL is essential
- Energetic and self-motivated individuals highly preferred
- Minimum Diploma in Business management or equivalent
