**About the Role**:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP Business Analyst with expertise in SAP SD, MM, and FI modules to join our team. This role will involve analyzing business processes, designing SAP solutions, and working closely with key stakeholders to implement and optimize SAP functionalities that align with the organization's goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with business units to understand their processes, requirements, and challenges, particularly within Sales & Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and Financial Accounting (FI) modules;
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions and document business needs, functional requirements, and process improvements;
- Analyze business processes and propose SAP solutions to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and support strategic initiatives;
- Configure and test SAP SD, MM, and FI modules to meet the business requirements, ensuring high-quality deliverables;
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide functional specifications and assist in system design;
- Perform data analysis and data validation to ensure the integrity of the SAP system and related data;
- Support end-to-end testing, including developing test scripts, performing unit and integration testing, and coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT);
- Train users and provide ongoing support to ensure they can effectively use SAP functionalities;
- Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions;Monitor SAP system performance and recommend enhancements to optimize system performance.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field;
- Minimum of 4-6 years of hands-on experience as an SAP Business Analyst with expertise in SAP SD, MM, and FI modules;
- Strong understanding of business processes within sales, distribution, material management, and financial accounting;
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP SD, MM, and FI to meet business requirements.
- Knowledge of integration points between SAP modules and experience with end-to-end implementation and upgrades;
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams;
- SAP certification in SD, MM, or FI modules is a plus.
