**Business Systems Analyst (SAP)**: Experience Level: Individual Contributor **Job Type**: Full-Time **Location**: Singapore - Singapore, SG Requisition ID: 3431 **Summary**: As an SAP Business systems analyst responsible for Global SAP support for APAC, you will be part of the Enterprise Supply Chain Team under Qorvo’s IT Enterprise Business Applications organization. Become part of future technology footprint and solutions roadmap that will enable Qorvo to achieve strategic business objectives and be a critical part of Qorvo’s largest business transformation initiative. **Responsibilities**: - Working knowledge in SAP Planning, procurement, Logistics execution, Order to Cash and B2B interfaces with business partners. (SAP MM, QM, PP, SD) - Work closely with business partners to understand their requirements and provide solution options - Reviewing and documenting business capability needs and creating solution recommendations with demonstrated ability in employing frameworks and structured approaches, with the ability of breaking down complex problems into manageable pieces - Translates non-functional and functional requirements into end-to-end analytical solution design. - Leading and deploying out of box solutions options over customized solutions - Champions BDAT methodology (Business Process > DATA> Application > Technology) and drives standard out of box COTS (commercial off-the-shelf) system options. - Working knowledge on business process standards (APQC, SCOR etc..) along with an enterprise BPM tool - Collaborate with Global IT teams to support the system changes **Requirements**: - Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or Business - 8+ years of cumulative work experience in SAP Supply chain Area. - Solid experience with IT processes related to Change management, Release Management and SDLC - Strong oral & written communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms - Excellent troubleshooting skills in a support and project-based work environment - Broad and deep experience in SAP Logistics execution, B2B interfaces and Procurement. - Knowledge of Sales and Distribution (SAP SD), order to cash business processes is an advantage. - Knowledge of S/4 HANA Solution Stack is a huge plus. **_#LI-MC1_** Qorvo is an E-Verify Employer.
