**The scope of services for the Onshore IT System/Business Analyst shall include the following**:

- Drive business process transformation and ensuring that the LTA’s system has the capabilities to support various business functions by working closely with our business partners (vendors) and various divisions in LTA, to understand the needs of our stakeholders;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand and document business needs and objectives related to public services, particularly on the vehicle registration and licensing system;
- Review business rules and service journeys, gathering requirement specifications, engaging stakeholders, creating user journey maps and wireframes, and providing support on updates to management;
- Develop user stories, specifications, acceptance criteria, and create detailed process maps to visualise, understand and streamline current workflows and business processes;
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews & retrospective sprints, and assisting in project management matters; and
- Conduct and facilitate User Acceptance Test (UAT) and trainings for users, and providing support services throughout the project. This includes preparation of test cases and documenting the expected and actual results for each test scenario in a clear and concise manner.

**The Onshore IT System/Business Analyst shall meet the following qualifications and skill sets**:

- a) At least 3 years of work experience as business analyst or equivalent position. Handled large scale front-facing projects, with experience in stakeholder engagement and comms management;
- b) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management of Information Systems, Information/ Infocom Technology, or related discipline;
- Experience in AGILE methodologies and Cloud platform projects, preferably in using Jira, Figma, MS Visio, and Tricentis Tosca;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Have a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills, able to work and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure business needs are met;
- Possess strong communication skills with an excellent command of the English language;
- Must be organised and able to work with mínimal supervision to ensure tasks are well completed and project is on schedule; and
- Experience in end-user service journey design projects, and implementing government projects would be an added advantage

Pay: $8,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
