Singapore ATT System Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct workshops and lead discussions with stakeholders on business requirements.
- Perform feasibility studies and fit or gap analysis on the customer’s requirements.
- Perform system configuration and documentation.
- Perform unit testing and system integration testing.
- Manage and review documentation according to guidelines for the deliverables (test scripts, release notes, user training documents, etc.)
- Conduct user training which includes preparation of the training documents.
- Coordinate and assist the customer during user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Perform cut-over activities required for the system to go live.
- Provide go-live support during the production stability period.
- Provide knowledge transfer to internal support for the smooth transition from project to support phase
- Assist in other ad-hoc project activities with the assigned project manager
- Perform ad hoc tasks not limited to the list of responsibilities mentioned above

- A team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions confidently in a simple and logical manner.
- Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills, and detail-oriented
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimum supervision, multi-task, take ownership, and be responsible for the tasks assigned.
- Great documentation skills.
- Open to learning new solutions and growing existing skill sets with a positive mindset.

**Qualifications**:

- This role is based in Singapore
- At least **one year of recent experience** as a business analyst or in software consulting/implementation is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Computing Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- A good grounding in IT, infrastructure, and software systems.
