**Responsibilities**:
Based in our Singapore HQ, our Campaigns & Onsite Marketing team oversees campaigns, content generation, onsite merchandising, and customer retention across the 3 markets we are in (SG, AU, US).
To drive customer retention & loyalty, the role of the CRM Specialist will be to oversee and execute customer engagement programs such as referrals and reviews across all 3 markets. You will also be collaborating cross-functionally with different teams (Growth, Creative, Tech etc). Your responsibilities are listed below:
- Plan, launch and analyse marketing initiatives and campaigns to increase engagement programs’ conversion rates.
- Monitor and report performance across all engagement programs, campaigns and initiatives.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders within the marketing team to launch campaigns & initiatives.
- Stay on top of industry, competitors, and customer behaviour trends to ensure we are always ahead.
**Job Requirements**
**Must-Have**
- Minimum 1 years of experience in an e-commerce/digital marketing role.
- Degree in Marketing or its equivalent
- Experience in marketing campaigns or project management.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into insights and actions.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives.
- Customer-first mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
**Nice-to-Haves**
- Experience with CRM or loyalty programs will a bonus
