- Department: Data & Business Intelligence- Location: Singapore- To develop short/ long term CRM strategies, develop related CRM programs, membership retention, referral and loyalty programs etc
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to recruit and retain consumers, and build Customer Lifetime Value ( CLTV)
- Reports include but not limited to customer database behavior analysis, consumer lifecycle analysis, lifetime value analysis, etc.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelors Degree, preferably in Data Analytics, Statistics
- 7 years Experience in CRM Data Processing, Segmentation and Perform Analysis
- Deep understanding of the eCommerce landscape and Omnichannel environment highly preferred
- Experience with using evolving tools and platforms to improve acquisition outcomes
- Proven experience in managing CRM projects from conception to implementation and delivery with quantifiable results
- Experience in a People Management Role advantageous
- Entrepreneurial Spirit, self motivated and able to take new challenges
