**International Sales and Marketing Manager**

We are seeking an experienced International Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our global expansion efforts. In this role, you will drive international sales, oversee export operations, and play a pivotal role in shaping our brand presence in new markets.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Market Expansion:
Identify and assess new international markets, developing effective sales and marketing strategies to penetrate and establish a strong presence.
- Export Operations:
Manage end-to-end export processes, ensuring seamless order processing, documentation, shipping, and compliance with regulations.
- Distribution Network:
Collaborate with partners, agents, and distributors to build and optimize distribution networks, maximizing market coverage.
- Customer Relationships:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with international customers, addressing inquiries and tailoring strategies to meet their needs.
- Negotiations:
Lead negotiations with partners and customers, ensuring favorable terms for agreements and contracts.
- Team Leadership:
Manage a team, providing guidance, setting targets, and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Branding Strategies:
Contribute to branding strategies tailored to different markets, working closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and resonance.
- Marketing Initiatives:
Develop and drive marketing campaigns and initiatives in international markets
- Performance Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on export performance, market trends, and campaign effectiveness, utilizing data to make informed decisions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience in international sales, marketing, and export management.
- In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, documentation, and marketing strategies.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software, tools, and marketing platforms.
- Willingness to travel as required.
