Singapore BEAVER-VISITEC INTERNATIONAL SALES PTE. LTD. Full time

Objectives of role:

- Grow sales and maximize Accounts revenue in Asia through uncovering potential and driving the VR and Cap. Eq. Team on the field
- Manage Capital Equipment and VR products promotion plan and strategy and support the Reps/Agents and Distributors on the field
- Collaborate with other team members (Anterior Team, Distributor Manager) in developing new cross-selling opportunities (IOLs, Consumables)

In coordination with Sr Director Asia Pacific defines key actions; plans, designs, develops and implements different sales activities and demos by researching the customer's needs and requirements.

Key responsibilities:

- To make sure that the existing clients are retained and maintained while supporting the Territory Managers in developing new customers
- To ensure that all the sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales, and within the given time scales
- To take initiative and efforts to develop constructive and effective solutions to any issues that slow down or hamper the sales activities
- To constantly review Territory’s performances so that relevant information can be provided to the management
- To carry out market research, conduct surveys and study the competitors and their marketing and sales strategies
- To make new plans that will help the organization to race ahead in the competition by prioritizing the target Accounts and KOLs
- To put together a 5 year Growth Plan for Asia Pacific Region. Support Japan as required.
- To take care of demos with KOLs and Distributors
- To be updated on the products properties, functionalities, limitations - To respect the Code of Conduct (Ethic Code) of the Company
- To comply with Art. 7 MDR 2017/745 (claims related to products)
- To report promptly any information related to potential safety issues of the products commercialized by the company
- You are responsible for creating an Account and KOLs strategy, coordinating and controlling Territory Managers activities, ensuring a great customer experience, in synergy with cross-functional teams (Anterior Team, Distributors Manager, Marketing etc.) in compliance with company policies and current regulations.
- Includes management of spare parts with plant in Italy
- close cross-functional collaboration with departments (Customer Service, QA, Regulatory Affairs, Finance with Credit Management).
- Helping to organize and attend conferences, workshops and training events.
- Support Distributors and Territory Managers for special/critical demos (big tenders, unhappy customers etc.), local scientific papers etc.
- Report to Sr Director Asia Pacific and management on critical situations (poor local products knowledge, misalignment on training, special features requested by local markets etc.)
- You achieve standards, expectations and performance as agreed with manager, and proactively ask for support, help, guidance and resources where required.
- You take ownership of local customer complaints and questions ensuring they are handled quickly and professionally; keep up to date with developments and changes in local competitor activities and communicate to manager and colleagues as appropriate. Feed this information back, via reporting systems to the manager and ensure feedback is put into action.
- You attend national and international sales meetings as/when required, develop and maintain a reliable network of key opinion leaders and product champions. Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to be competent in engaging in a professional dialogue with specified customer groups
- Additional Task-Teamwork in order to maximise cross-selling opportunities (Cat/Consumab, VR, Cap Equip, IOL)
