Assist on monthly accounting and quarterly GST submission
- Manage Account Receivables and Account Payables
- Track Outstanding Invoices and Prepare Statement of Accounts
- Process Invoices, Delivery Note, monthly payroll & reimbursement
- General Administrative duties
- Issue PO to supplier
- Assist in monthly inventory reconciliation
- Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Preferably with 1 year experience
- Familiar with Singapore GST system
- Proficient in Excel & Word
- Positive work attitude
- Able to work independently or within a team
- Immediate availability is advantageous.
**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $3,500.00 per month
