Role Overview
Masjid Al-Istiqamah is seeking a detail-oriented Admin Officer to support our Corporate Service Manager in maintaining efficient administrative and finance operations. This role involves providing essential support across administrative and financial functions while ensuring compliance with MUIS regulations and mosque policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, posting of receipts and reconciliation of accounts.
- Support procurement processes and vendor relationship management
- Assist in coordinating administrative support for mosque events and programs
- Help maintain documentation and filing systems
- Assist in Mosque Front Counter/Reception duties when needed
- Provide ad-hoc support to Corporate Service Manager when needed

Qualifications & Skills
1. Education
- Minimum N-Level
- Higher Nitec in Business Administration or its equivalent is an added advantage
2. Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
- Good communication skills in English and Malay to effectively communicate with Malay-speaking clients.
- Possess good interpersonal skills to communicate constructively with jemaah and colleagues
3. Experience
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience. Prior administrative or finance (AR) experience is an added advantage.
- Fresh grad with relevant qualifications may be considered. Training will be provided.
