**Responsibilities**:
- Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user's satisfaction.
- Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in first-out based on priority.
- Setup, configure, and computer client workstations, mobile devices, and printers.
- Support in the execution of project-related assignments and tasks
- Assist onboarding process of new users and set up necessary hardware, software, and access rights.
- Assist in the migration to O365
- Keep IT inventory up to date.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant fields
- At least 2 - 3 years of experience in a service desk/helpdesk/technical L1/L2 support role preferred
- Knowledge of basic IT and Mobile Device Management
- ITAM / Client Management Software such as BMC Client Management, Microsoft SCCM, Jamf (formerly Casper)
- IT Service Management tool including BMC Footprints, Service Now
- Cloud Office Suite - Microsoft Office365
- File & Print Service Management
- Mobile Device Management (e.g. VMWare AirWatch and Microsoft Intune)
- Endpoint devices (Windows, Mac, and iOS devices) deployment
