Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing global leader in its field. They are looking for an experienced Compensation and Benefits professional to join their team and contribute to their continued success and expansion.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Design and develop competitive compensation frameworks to attract and retain top talents.
- Perform compensation and benefits analysis, participate in salary benchmarking, assess employee benefits, and conduct market pricing for new roles to ensure competitive pay structures.
- Spearhead the annual performance management cycle and review the salary adjustments and bonus payouts.
- Oversee the payroll process and contribute to HR budgeting and management reporting activities.
- Provide advice and recommend solutions on compensation and benefits-related matters to business stakeholders and HRBPs.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
- 10-12 years relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits/ Total Rewards; preferably in a lead role with regional exposure
- Experience in building Rewards infrastructure i.e. design of Compensation & Benefits programmes and policies
- Hands-on team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills (advanced knowledge of Excel).
