We recognize your performance in both tangible and intangible ways, by providing you development opportunities and making you feel respected. **The Opportunity** As a Key Accounts Coordinator, you will support the Key Accounts team by delivering data-driven insights, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations for our fleet customers. This junior support role balances analytical responsibilities—such as KPI reporting and performance forecasting—with front‑line customer engagement and cross‑functional collaboration. You’ll gain valuable exposure to customer relations and operational processes, laying a strong foundation for growth in key account management. **Responsibilities** **Data & Reporting** - Assist the Key Accounts team with report preparation, data collection, and analysis - Maintain and update records of account activities, agreements, and communications - Compile supporting documentation for fleet KPI reports - Forecast key account metrics - Monitor and present KPI trends to the Key Accounts team - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for assigned fleet customers **Customer Support** - Support Customer Service Advisors with vehicle status updates and follow‑ups - Respond promptly to routine customer inquiries, requests, and issues - Provide basic technical advice to customers when required - Build positive relationships by assisting with customers’ daily needs - Coordinate with the workshop to track pending jobs, ensuring timely completion and customer notification - Calculate service package options tailored to customer operational needs **Job Requirements** **Requirements**: - Minimum Diploma in Business, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related discipline - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data reporting tools is a plus - Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation - Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple tasks concurrently **About The Company** A member of the Jardine Cycle & Carriage Group, C&C is one of the leading automotive groups in Singapore.
