Key Account Manager

**Primary Duties**
- Actively manage and coordinate all aspects of the sales process and act as the focal point for information flow between the company and target accounts.
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts Identify and validate new sales targets and develop the pipeline of opportunities in line with agreed business objectives
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all clients while building and nurturing trusted, long-lasting relationships
- Collaborate with our sales, advertising, and product development teams to ensure the client is served appropriately
- Develop strategies to grow existing accounts and ensure quality and cost-effective services
- Gain a deep understanding of the client’s needs and what they expect from our company
- Plan strategies to deliver the most appropriate products or services
- Use your outstanding communication skills to present to and influence key stakeholders in our company and with clients
- Develop your team of Account Managers and oversee key accounts
- Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships
- Liaise between the customer and internal teams
**Minimum Requirements**
- Proven experience as a key account manager
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales or relevant field
