Collaborate with internal teams to assess feasibility and prepare quotations for tender submissions. Oversee onboarding for new accounts after successful bids, ensuring smooth project handovers. Manage project implementations, aligning with internal stakeholders, setting timelines, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements. Maintain and expand relationships with key accounts, focusing on long-term retention and growth. Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations, addressing client concerns and ensuring timely resolution. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct regular reviews to identify improvement opportunities. Negotiate rates and contracts with key accounts to maintain competitive pricing and profitability. Engage customers on existing and new projects, driving collaboration and securing additional business opportunities.
