The **Key Account Executive**for Vivo is responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients, including retailers, distributors, and B2B partners. **Key Account Management**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients (retailers, distributors, and B2B partners).
- Ensure that the company’s products are well-represented and well-stocked in these accounts.
- Monitor and manage the performance of accounts to ensure sales targets are met.
**Sales and Revenue Growth**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within key accounts.
- Drive sales growth by developing and executing strategies tailored to specific accounts.
- Track sales performance and provide regular updates to management.
**Strategic Planning and Execution**:
- Assist in developing sales strategies for key accounts based on market trends and customer needs.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and initiatives with the marketing team to boost visibility and sales.
- Implement and monitor the execution of sales plans to ensure that the accounts are achieving optimal results.
**Customer Support and Service**:
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure that key accounts are satisfied with Vivo's products and services.
- Address any issues or complaints from key accounts promptly, and work on solutions to prevent future problems.
**Market Analysis**:
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities for Vivo.
- Provide insights into customer preferences and feedback to the product development and marketing teams.
