Our client is a well-established content creator that has been the go-to partner for the world’s top lifestyle brands, helping them build brand presence and credibility through the art of storytelling.

We are looking for a strong relationship manager with a proven track record in the media industry with experience in partnerships development or creating and implementing content solutions. You are a strong project manager, adept with client management and stay on top of audience consumption and content trends. You are great at exciting your creative team into developing new ways of creating content solutions to achieve your key client’s communications and marketing’s KPIs.

To succeed, you have at least 3 to 5 years’ experience in a customer success role. Be confident in driving content discussions and strategy across the internal team and with your key client. Meticulous and organised, you will project manage the content deliverables for each campaign. You are accountable for all communications and budgets with the client and the internal teams, so expectations are clearly managed. Given the nature of the key client, we will require you to be a native Japanese speaker or possess a JLPT (or equivalent) Certificate of Level N1 or better.
