As part of the People Operations team, you will support the daily HR operations and the end-to-end employee life cycle for a business unit. Reporting to the Senior Manager for Talent Acquisition and People Operations, you will be responsible for implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's objectives and will oversee campus recruitment for the Group. You will also have the opportunity to participate in Group-wide process improvement projects and talent acquisition initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support and facilitate end-to-end employee life cycle processes.
- Deliver HR services effectively and efficiently and resolve any HR issues within the business unit.
- Work closely with HR Shared Services to handle HR transactions.
- Assist in implementing HR strategy and executing supporting programs.
- Manage the full lifecycle of campus recruitment, partnering with universities and colleges to attract and select talent for internships and entry-level positions.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects, such as the digitization of HR processes, including RPA (Robotic Process Automation) implementation.

**Requirements**:

- A good degree in Business Management or Human Resource, with relevant HR experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the financial services industry, with a focus on supporting business units and managing campus recruitment programs
- Successful experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising to offer, while managing multiple stakeholders at different stages.
- Passion for learning and willingness to propose suggestions and solutions.
- Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills, capable of working with people across all levels of a large, complex, fast-moving organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
