Temporary Assistant Manager

The client is looking for a dynamic and creative individual to join their HR Business Partner team. In this role, you will work closely with a team to provide efficient and effective administrative support for various HR functions, and partner line departments to achieve their objectives.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Provide administrative support for HR processes such as verifying new hire’s documents, recruitment and postings.
- Plan, manage and co-ordinate HR functions and ensure that they are carried out effectively and efficiently.
- Attend to HR-related queries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with adhoc projects when they arise.
Job Requirements:
- Degree Holder
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact well with all levels of staff.
- Able to work independently and is a good team player with strong drive and dedication.
- Meticulous, resourceful, and highly self-motivated.
- Prior work experience in Business Partnering function in the Public Service would be an advantage.
Working Days: 5-day work week (Mon to Fri)
Working Hours: Office Hours
Location: Scotts Road
**Salary**: TBA (Estimated $18 to $20/hr)
