HR Section Manager/hr Manager

Our client is a Japanese Chemical Manufacturer. They are looking for HR Section Manager/HR Manager.
【What you will be working on】
- Manage all aspects of HR-related matters such as formulation of HR policies, job analysis and design, employee recruitment and selection, performance evaluation, payroll, compensation, and health and employee benefits
- Manage and make improvements to HR systems
- Review monthly payroll to ensure its accuracy
- Develop, review, and manage the performance appraisal
- Actively identify the gaps in the organization’s HR process and system and propose methods or procedures to improve them.
- Plan and execute of HR strategy that aligns with the business plan
- Execute talent management and support of HR policy development and improvement
- Establish the human resource requirements of the organization in terms of recruitment retention, and succession planning
- Establish effective communication channels to ensure smooth information flow and promote corporate culture and employee engagement
- Develop and maintain rules and regulations
- Identify training needs in consultation with the respective departmental heads and coordinates training for the respective staff members
- Liaise and negotiate with the insurer/insurance broker or agent on the purchase and renewal of general insurance and insurance for the employee benefits scheme
- Liaise with government bodies like JTC, EDB, NEA, and SCDF on
statutory compliances, licenses, approvals and government surveys etc
- Draw up budgets for the manpower and monitors the budgets
- Manage other HR projects and initiatives as required which includes employees activities such as AD&D, Team bonding etc
- Provide the management with the latest market statistics on the economy,
business outlook and the labour market
- Ensure that EHS procedures are strictly adhered to in all aspects of the activities in the department
- ** Requirement**:

- Diploma/Degree in business, management or human resource discipline
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resource management in a Managerial role.
- Strong experience in Manufacturing environment HR experience.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in English
- Good Presentation skills, interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Good Organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ** Working Hour**: 8:30 ~ 17:30
