**JOB TITLE**

HR MANAGER - HUMAN RESOURCES

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

As the HR Manager, you are to assist in carrying out the full spectrum of human resource and organization development functions, including but not limited to the following:

- Define, formulate, implement and manage Human Resource policies in the areas of manpower planning, compensation and benefits, human resource development, and employee relations and ensure that all policies are consistent and in line with Corporate/Company objectives.
- Manage the various HR sections, that is, Manpower Planning, Employee Relations and Performance Appraisal.
- Establish the overall training direction and strategy; identify, plan and implement core programs such as succession planning, competency based and career planning development
- Ensure timely hiring of the right employees to meet operational manpower needs and manage the re-deployment of staff to support critical business issues.
- Responsible for recruitment of staff, including recruitment advertisements and interviews.
- Perform HR administrative duties such as e-leave records
- Consolidate and calculate payroll and overtime
- Process staff training requests, medical and hospital claims
- Conduct orientation for new staff
- Assist in the review, recommendation and implementation of compensation and benefit schemes
- Assist in the review, recommendation and implementation of reward, recognition and incentive programs to retain and attract employees of the right caliber to achieve corporate objectives
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the Management

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Good knowledge of the Employment Act
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with all levels of staff
- Espouse the virtues of truth, integrity, honesty, tolerance, professionalism
- Preferably a degree in human resource management or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant hands-on HR experience

**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**:

- Lunch provided on days when you are working at the office
- Transport pickup to and from Choa Chu Kang MRT
- 5 days work week: 8.30am to 5.30pm
